Hotel & Residence Nmore

It was named "Nmore Hotel and Residence" in our last visit, December 2016. Nmore was the hotel that my family regularly stayed at during our yearly visits to Seoul . Recent stay in February 2018 was very disappointing as this hotel has been taken over by " Navi hotel " with some policy changed. 1) In the past, we could check-in early when there is a available room at the time we arrived BUT now NAVI hotel only allows guest to check-in at 3pm. Early check-in you have to pay KRW10,000 per hour. 2) We stayed 10 nights and housekeeping only cleaned our room once, mineral will refill daily and we have to ask for big towel at all time. 3) Navi Hotel has removed the 11th floor guest lounge and replaced with one tiny guest Lounge next to reception counter on 3rd floor. 4) Be prepare to get charged if you leave plates and cups without cleaning up at time of check-out. 5) Lady receptionist is unfriendly and rude. Will not come back to this hotel for our next visit in Seoul.
