Stays for couple of days i know hotel is under renovation but the way staff treat us it's amazing and i am very grateful to Rozma and suraj they were very supportive I will definitely recommend about my stay with friends and family

I arrived in Seoul after approximately 30 hours of travel and many things going wrong. For some reason I have yet to understand, I finally found my way to this hotel to find out they didn't have a reservation for me. I always take a photo of my reservations and write down confirmation # and have 2 paper copies...however this day I could produce nothing. The gracious manager arranged a four hour early checkin, began to make me some toast and took me to my room himself...told me to rest and that we would sort it all out later. Of course, once I was in my room I tore everything apart and still couldn't find paperwork. I went throughmy phone (which only holds my last 100 emails and I booked the room months ago) but found a reminder for my upcoming trip via email from the booking site. They named an entirely different hotel (because I had been in transit for so long, I had not seen my emails). I could not email the booking site and had no luck with international phoning (will address when I get home). I went back to lobby to explain to manager and he told me to rest and then he would call me a cab to go to other hotel. Needlesd to say, I didn't want to leave...not just because of the inconvenience...but because of the incredible service. He phoned the other hotel so I could cancel thst reservation. And he matched the lower rate of the other hotel. I toddled off to rest. The staff helped with printing a tour voucher and with calling taxis. Otherwise, decent size room, clean, nice bathroom, good breakfast. Beds are very firm. Quiet area. A bit nervous to leave on foot as I worry I won't find my way back given the complexity of the city and not reading Korean.
