Plan A Hostel

(+)Cecil and Hun have been very accommodating and understanding when I needed to change the dates for our booking. It’s great that you can make your own breakfast. The place is always kept clean. Hun helped booked us book transport to the airport which was on time. Menus are available for local restaurants. We felt very safe in the property. Very close to the public transport stops and Megliore shopping which is open up until 4am. There is the laundry room which is also useful. (-) The towels they give are a bit small in size. WiFi can be a little faster.

I picked this hostel for my stay in Seoul during the bi-annual Fashion Week. The hostel is a five-minute walk from DDP, which was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. I liked the fact that I had to enter a PIN code to enter the hotel and my room. There is a breakfast area on the second floor that is very cozy. You can help yourself with toast, coffee and tea and even make eggs. I highly recommend this place and will return!

Plan A Hostel is perfectely located next to he DDP. The subway station Dongdaemun History & Culture Park is just a few steps from the Hostel and a great hub for different subway lines (Line 2, 4 and 5) and for sightseeing. Just take exit 3 as this is the nearest exit to the Hostel. We stayed in a twin room with bunk bed. For breakfast they provided toast, jam, eggs, milk, cornflakes and coffee. The kitchen was simple equipped and there was a water dispender with cold and hot water. The Hostel provides selfservice laundry and the washing machine does the drying too. Within 2 hours the laundry is done. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful. We definitely would suggest this hostel as there are also several convinience stores arround the corner. A perfect location for a city-trip. The room was very simple as well the bathroom and we didn’t have any daylight (room 6). The only thing that we missed was a beside table to put your things like smartphone, camera etc. somewhere. The WiFi was poor as our room was located in the back and quite far away of the router. But in the lounge on the top floor we had a good signal but still WiFi was not really fast.
