Ten-Q Global Residence

Ten-q are near exit 1 of Gongdeok Station. If you come from the exit 1, just look at your left and you'll find Ten-q building beside CUmart (there isnt have big name in front of the building). It's realy comfy and clean!

The reason this apartment was chosen for our Seoul trip was simply because of it's location! Even though not many reviews on this place i took the chance and it pays off!😀 By location, i meant how accessible it was to the subway and AREX and also the exit was just right outside the building. From Incheon Airport, get on the all-stop-train and alight at Gongdeok. That station is also a transfer station, where line 5 and 6 plys. Line 5 takes you to places like Namdaemun, Gyeongbokgung palace, Dongdaemun whereas Line 6 to Itaewon. Service rendered by Ten-Q Residence was good. Email correspondence was fast. He explain things in detail. The room is clean and he explains on usage of appliances. Room is cleaned daily except Sunday. Convenience store, and a bakery/cafe located in the same building. Street vendor just outside the premise. Thank you Jongmun Hwang 😀
