Voll Hotel

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had while traveling. We booked this room for three guests, but from the beginning there were numerous problems. At check-in, communication with staff was extremely difficult, which made resolving even basic issues frustrating. Despite three registered guests staying in the room, we were initially provided with only one room key/card, creating obvious logistical problems whenever members of our group wanted to return to the hotel at different times. When we entered the room, basic necessities were missing, including towels and soap. We then spent approximately an hour trying to obtain items that should have been available when the room was handed over to us. More concerning, the room door had been left wide open before we checked in, which immediately raised questions for us about security and whether the room had been properly prepared and secured before our arrival. There were several additional problems: • The air conditioning was extremely difficult to regulate — either excessively cold when running or uncomfortable with very little airflow when turned off. • There were inadequate places to hang/dry towels. • The marble flooring became extremely slippery when wet, which we considered a safety concern. • The beds were extremely uncomfortable. • The bathroom configuration in the middle of the room provided very little separation, meaning someone using it during the night disturbed the other guests. Taken individually, some of these issues might seem minor. Experiencing all of them together over a multi-night stay was completely different. We were not expecting luxury. We simply expected a room that was properly prepared, safe, functional and reasonably comfortable for the three guests included in our reservation. We contacted Booking.com during the stay because the experience had become unacceptable and requested assistance and compensation/refund. I will update this review depending on how the hotel and Booking.com ultimately resolve the complaint. Unfortunately, based on the stay itself, I cannot recommend this property.

I am a frequent user. The staff changes every time I go. It turns out that there is a reason for everything. If you ask for coffee greens, they will tell you to use it yourself because they are busy. There are many motels like that around there. I had an absurd experience with the unfriendliness of the employees (this was my first time seeing an employee get angry at a customer). He was a man, and he made a fuss and sighed. If we had met in person, we would have grabbed each other by the collar and called the police.... Be sure to return your key when checking out. Even if you are late by just one minute, you will have to pay an additional fee.
