최악의 숙박업체. 호텔이라는게 믿을수없어요. 심각한 위생문제와 최악의 서비스. 절대 다시 이 근처도 가기도 싫어요. 이 호텔 운영진은 이 심각성을 이해못하는듯. Run away! Not worthy of any penny, disgusting place. I was extremely upset, and staying at this hotel made me cry. I seriously doubt this is a 4-star hotel — no way. As soon as we walked in, there was a sign saying there was no luggage storage, and check-in was at 4 p.m. On top of that, a sewage odor immediately hit us when we entered the room. The bed looked as if the bedsheets had not been changed — there were hairs and dust. There was dust everywhere, and under the bed was absolutely shocking. I stayed for three nights and did not receive any room cleaning service at all. Korean hotels are generally great and very clean, but this place should not be called a hotel. It felt like it was not run by professional management. If you care about good service and hygiene, avoid this hotel.

All that glitters is not gold. 3 night stay while visiting Seoul. Let me start with some positives, centrally located and close to 2 metro stations. Firstly, check-in is fixed at 4pm, don't arrive earlier. Reception is usually not available, and if it is you will be told the same thing, Check-in at 4pm using the check-in machine located in the lobby, so expect a queue around that time as everyone else is doing the same. Despite the facility list, I can assure you there is no baggage storage, a real pain if you do arrive early or have some time at the end of the trip there is nowhere to leave it, also there is NO: Fitness Centre with Gym / Workout Room Coffee shop Airport transportation Business Centre with Internet Access Meeting rooms Baggage storage Concierge Restaurant Breakfast buffet Wine / champagne 24-hour front desk The room we had (and I suspect others) are tired, dark and dated. Everything had that well worn feeling. I also suspect that the room sizes advertised are also misleading. The rooms appear to have an unusable space above the kitchen/bathroom. You cannot stand up here it is a crawl space, not sure of its purpose.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! I never write reviews usually but this place is absolutely horrible. We had someone trying to break in to one of the rooms on our floor and they ended up shattering tons of glass and making noises in the middle of the night. We could hear all the noise from our room so I ended up calling the front desk for assistance and they said that they cannot do anything about it. They just told the person who was trying to break in to call the police THEMSELVES if they wanted to meet the person in the room (yes, I know it is complete nonsense). And obviously the person didn’t call the police, since they were breaking things everywhere so they had no reason to since they would probably get in trouble. And I don’t believe the person in the room was not receiving any type of protection either while they were banging on the door and breaking things. The front desk ended up letting us know that the glass pieces are going to be left on the floor until the cleaning crew comes around to work THE NEXT MORNING since they CANNOT CLEAN IT THEMSELVES and said that we should be fine since they “THINK” that the person left. The front desk did not call the police so the police have no idea about this incident and we have to stay at this hotel with absolutely no security. Oh, and as everyone is saying, it is VERY dirty here and the cleaning staff does not come very often. Even if they do, they don’t do a good job. The bathroom has a weird odor and the furniture is very gross. Do not use the kitchenware it does not look safe to use and even the AC, which is new, works only from time to time. I am fully Korean and I did not have any issue communicating with the staff here and still ended up like this. This hotel would absolutely RUIN your stay in Korea. Please avoid this hellish place at all costs!!!
