This hotel stay was very comfortable. First of the airport bus has one of it's stops right in front of the hotel. The lobby states what times the bus stops for pickups to the airport. On your return trip you can purchase bus faire from the driver. The beds are slightly hard for my tastes but I just put a comforter under me for extra padding. There is a small fridge to keep drinks cool. The bathroom has a tub and bidet toilet. The room has air conditioning, tv and a safe. You can purchase a ticket for breakfast for a discount the day before or pay more the day of. They have an assortment of food to choose from. This is on the lowest level. On the lower level they also have computers for use, a laundry room and small exercise room. It isn't too far away to go to the subway. I found it easy to use Uber to pick me up in front of the hotel. It isn't that far to grab a cab to go to the markets or palaces. The Lobby has a coffee shop and also a small convenience store to grab snacks. There is a money exchange machine if you need cash. You need cash if you want to go to the street markets. Even though I do not know Korean, the front desk employees know a little English. But I found it very helpful to have an app on your phone to translate for you. My room was pretty good but the wall paper was getting loose in a few places. But despite that I do highly recommend this hotel.

It was a disaster because the hotel was too responsive, even though it was the first overseas trip✈️ by the family during the Bon holiday in August. A member of the male staff got in a bad mood for being bossy.

Very conveniently located near several major subway stations. Convenience stores are conveniently located on the first floor, but I want them to open a little earlier in the morning, starting at 8:00. It happened to be hot during the time we stayed, but the air conditioning was only heating and we had to keep the windows open. It faces the main street, so the sound of cars comes in reasonably. I wanted him to be a little more flexible. I think the room and tub area are clean. The staff was kind to have someone who could speak Japanese. I didn't use it, but there was a bus stop for the airport in front of me (it takes about 2 hours), and many people used it. Breakfast is 1,650 yen for Vikings tile, normal. It was an underground windowless dining room. I think it's generally a good hotel.
