24 Guesthouse Sinchon

Just 2 minutes away from the main road, where you can find metro and buses. There is also a direct bus to and forth the airport in 1 hour. Shopping centres, restaurants and nice coffee shops are just around the corner. The common area is clean and nice with water dispenser, fridge and all you need for eating. I stayed at 3rd floor which may be not very convenient if you have big suitcase. The bed is comfy. Also there is a small fridge inside the room. The room is not as shown in the photo. I was quite disappointed it's not as spacious as expected. I can hear the people walking and talking outside the room, though that's not a big problem for me. The only thing I don't like is the sink inside the toilet. The water drains very slow which may be caused by drain clogging.

check-in time is at midnight I want to know how to unlock the entrance, but there is no reply to the mail. Even when asking from the inquiry form of the official website, there is no reply. Looking at the word-of-mouth, there are many such customers in the past, waiting outside the entrance until 3 o'clock in the morning but no phone call, so it seems there were people who had to go to the sauna all the while until morning. It would not be necessary not only to pay back the accommodation fee but also to pay a nuisance fee. Staff are too lazy. Gmaiでも公式ホームページからの問い合わせフォームでも返信なし。 深夜にチェックインするのにとうしたらよいのか？ 過去の口コミでも同じように連絡が取れなくて困っている人がたくさん。 チェックインできないなら返金するべきとおもう。 スタッフが怠慢すぎる。

남자입니다 서울에 연고가 없어 개인적인 일로 신촌에서 2박을 해야하는 상황이었습니다 아고다에서 리뷰가 너무 좋지만 가격이 저렴하여 큰 기대는 하지않고 입실하였습니다 늦은 시간에 막차로 입실하였는데 방 크기 작은 것,벌레있는 것은 아무 상관없었으나 들어가자마자 나는 불쾌한 냄새, 먼지로 인해 코가 막혀 숨을 쉴수 없었으며 샤워하면서 어떻게든 자봐야지 하면서 버텼는데 여기서 자다가는 큰일나겠구나...라는 생각이 번뜩 들어 1시간만에 바로 퇴실하였습니다. (본인은 창문 없는 고시원에서도 만족하면서 살았던 사람입니다. 폐쇄공포증 이런거 없고 민감한편 아닙니다 )  첫 1박은 그냥 딴대서 잤고 그날 날린돈은 아깝지 않습니다만 다음1박은 꼭 환불받아야겠다는 생각으로 숙소에 연락 및 아고다 고객센터로 여러번 연락했으면 결국 반값 환불받았습니다.   환불 과정도 매우 불쾌하고 불친절하였습니다만 중략하겠습니다. 이 숙소는 정만 초 비추 입니다  원래 리뷰 이런거 안쓰는데 여기저기 후기가 너무 후하게 되어있어 올립니다. 숙소오너님께는 죄송하지만 내용은 꼭 다른 분들이 보셔야겠습니다. 외국인분들도 혹시 보실까봐 번역도 남깁니다. I am 33 old male. I had to stay 2 nights in Shinchon for personal reasons because there was no connection to Seoul. The reviews of this room are very good at Agoda, but the prices are cheap so I did not expect much. I checked in late. It did not matter whether small room or a worm, but as soon as I entered, I could not breathe because of the unpleasant smell and dust, and I could not breathe even if after shower. It was so brilliant that I left immediately in an hour.(I am a person who lived in a small room without a window, satisfied with it) The first night was just a one-night stay and the money paid for the day was not that bad, but I got a half-price refund after I contacted the hotel and contacted the Agoda Customer Center several times, thinking that I would have to get a refund for the next one night. The refund process was very uncomfortable and unkind, but I will skip it. This hostel is the most perfectly terrible in my lifr time. I do not like writing review, but there are too many other good reviews here. Of course I am sorry to owner of the hostel, but the contents must be seen by others.
