We use it many times as a regular lodging. The staff is very responsive and smooth because there are many guests using business. I understand Japanese normally. Last year, the front desk and lobby lounge arrangements were changed. The Lobby Lounge offers less bread than before, but the cakes and cookies are of good quality and I'm very happy. In South Korea, due to environmental protection efforts, some single-use amenities are restricted to free installation in guest rooms. So you can rest assured that you will bring your own toothbrush. The hotel is also conveniently located for work, right next to Lotte Hotel. Myeong-dong can be reached immediately by using the underground shopping mall. Recently, a new cafe has opened along the street in front of the hotel, and a walkway that leads directly from the hotel lobby, making it even more convenient.

The hotel's location was perfect, next to Lotte Mall and a few hundred metres from Myengdong! Rooms are spacious, clean was a fairly good 4 star hotel. Only the heating system makes the room exceptionally warm and no way to adjust this heat setting so a bit stuffy as not much of a window to open to get in some fresh air but for 3 nights it was a comfortable stay

Front desk staff have no customer service skills. Heads up… you cannot check in till 3pm. After arriving at 9am from cruise ship we knew our room would not be ready… so went out exploring till 1.30pm. Was advised room it is ready but if you want room before 3pm you have to pay! 11,000 per hour! Never had that before!! Smell of smoke in the room. Even though there is no smoking policy. Location great.. staff need training .. shocking! It’s a 3 star nothing more
