Millatel Chereville Serviced Apartment

I stayed here everytime I was in Gangnam on business. Its location is fabulous, just 5 minutes away from the Gangnam Station Exit 10. Its cozy like home and, being a serviced apartment, has an array of useful amenities in the room itself, such as a proper sink and the freezer, which are very useful for me. You can borrow DVDs from the office counter and return them when you are done. It can be a little difficult to find if its your first time, even though it's very near the Gangnam Station, as not many people seem to know about this serviced apartment.

The only reason I am not giving this location a one start rating is because the location is great. The rooms are large and the value is fair. However, the rooms are quite dirty. We have stayed here several times across the past 5 years. When booking the room and upon check in, we mentioned the space has been dirty in the past and we would like to have a clean room. They promise to take care of us, but nothing has changed. There is dust all over the bedroom near the beds, and the bathroom is bad. Other reviews site the cleanliness is not bad, which may be true if you don't mind mold and dust. We unfortunately will be looking for another place to stay for our next visit to Seoul.

I stayed in M Chereville for 2 weeks while on business trip in Seoul. I really enjoyed my stay and will for sure stay in this serviced apartment during my next visit to South Korea. Good - Excellent location (shops, multiple restaurants, bars, coffee shops and Gangnam station within 5 minute walking distance). - Fast internet connection. - Many HD channels in TV. - Hardwood floors. - Washing machine (ask free laundry detergent from reception). - Fully equipped kitchen (stove top, rice cooker, microwave oven, kitchenware etc.) - Separate bedroom with confortable bed. - Water purifier in the room (with really cold water). - Shower cabinet. - Dining table. - Aircondition. - Helpful staff. Bad - No 24/7 reception.
