This hotel was a shock on arrival, their hygiene standards are very poor and the hotel is run down. The bed had just one thin sheet and a cover, no extra blankets. It was like sleeping on a wooden plank hard and uncomfortable. It has cracks and nothing seems to have been fixed. The room had wires and cables exposed broken fixtures. The bathroom was terrible. There was an open, used toothpaste and open used soap. It was a couple room but one large towel only. The bathroom had a jacuzzi but it didnt work. It was old and looked like it hasnt been cleaned in years.The sink was broken as the water flowed onto your feet. Upon arrival we found the cups and tea in the fridge but no spoon. This Hotel was a shock everything other than the location was very bad, the pictures are deceiving, in reality the hotel is nothing like it. Very poor,bad hygiene standards.
