Now, my own experience: For a three-star hotel, the Hamilton is excellent. The staff was always polite and helpful, and the service was a great experience in every respect.
The room was large and always clean. Water was served daily. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept excellently. With the curtains drawn, the music from the street was barely audible. However, I must mention that I was on the 9th floor facing the main street.
The hotel's location is also excellent for excursions on foot. There are numerous sights within a few kilometers.
A subway station is also right in front of the hotel.
If I were to travel to Seoul again, I would stay at the hotel again.
