Pazo Do Rio Hotel

On Wednesday, I went with my wife to have lunch with a reservation at three in the afternoon, and instead of apologizing and mentioning that the reservation was a mistake because they do not have a kitchen from Monday to Wednesday, they told us that the chef had an accident and is in the hospital, and that they sincerely regret that they cannot serve us. As a result, we left without eating and without being given any options, which showed very little tact.

We arrived with our family. The very nice surroundings are in Galicia!!! Not to be. We were attended by a lady little wait and did not let us enter the estate without first paying. I asked him at the mini-reception where the services were. He told me but it was a maze all closed I couldn't access. We enter the enclosure on the right hand side all the beautiful photos you see... pool, trees, bar, swings. On the right the supposed hotel were like aluminum cabins.prefabricated. The receptionist does not accompany us at that time only charge and gave us the keys. When opening... a warmth!!! A smell!!! Mocho the broom and trash bags in the middle of a dining room. Upstairs rooms two body and one double Unmade beds... We called reception to inform... Hair in the bathtub. And he answers us in bad ways. We go to reception finally recognizes that we just started work and that the hotel is a mess. Give us our visa back. We left. We had no hotel. We were with children. The next day the owner called us screaming and threatening that they would charge us that they had the booking visa and so it was. They charged us and booking washes their hands!!! 3 nights without being in that horrible hotel.

Arrived around 21.00 at the 4 star hotel! We are attended by the only girl in the entire area to check In We are surprised because being a Hotel and apart Hotel four stars, it is not surprising that there is neither bar, restaurant, nor any Service to the rooms and we are told that at 12:00 at night the Hotel is totally without staff is not typical of four stars in Spain nor in hostels happens that, We entered the apartment, and it is as if we would go back to the 90s left dirty and badly damaged the bathroom woods, the bedside tables, the glass, totally dirty, the curtains not working. Anyway, a space that was once very nice but nowadays totally obsolete. As a result, the deception is in the pazo dorio hotel, which is the one that sells since the apartments are listed as 3 forks I've never written anything, criticizing the places!!! but I think this establishment has to take care more of the guests who want to stay at the ,,,, and less of the events that makes me understand that it attracts them more as a business !! and if not, remove the four star rating and put it as a hostel and parties and events!!
