A very nice hotel. The rooms are a bit dark, so you almost always need light. However, since you are mostly there only at night, that hardly matters. The furnishings in the restaurant are very exclusive. The breakfast buffet is sufficient. The staff at the reception was particularly good, especially Mr. Karel Zelenka, who advised us very well and gave us many tips. He speaks German very well, which was very pleasant for us. Overall, our stay at this hotel was excellent.

No soundproofing between floors of rooms - kept awake and then awoken twice by the "elephant" walking up and down in the room above. Receptionists couldn't care less, just said "It's an old building" Breakfast very poor, no clean tables, even when asked to specify time of breakfast the night before. Solid scrambled egg, cold potato cakes, toaster turned off, coffee machine didn't work properly. No way is this properly worthy of 5 stars - avoid!

The place is simply fantastic. The service matches the exquisite nature of the place. All the environments combine good taste and an interaction between tradition and modernity. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and a TV that is large enough. The breakfast is so varied that in 5 days it will be difficult to try everything. Located in a quiet environment, but just a few minutes' walk from the city center. It was worth every euro.
