Friendly check-in, clean room a little outdated but comfy. Had good rest, good beds and quiet room. The position is right next to city center. Will surely reccomend.

A great spot right by the historical part of the town for great value! The mattress was really comfy, the room was warm and pleasant (it was winter and we really needed that!), everything was neatly clean and organized, there was a water heater in the room that served us for warm tea, clean towels and sheets, and a shower with a lot of pressure. I also appreciated their note regarding using the towels consciously. Though quite close to the busiest parts, the place was really silent and quite--no internal or external noise could be heard. I highly recommend staying at this place if you're looking for a simple, affordable and pleasant experience!

Located near the old town and the train station. It has two floors and there is elevator. Service personnel are nice. The room is clean and its size is suitable. Comfortable beds. Exterior bathroom. It is a good option to sleep in Santiago
