The apartment is comfortable, very spacious, and everything was clean. Furthermore, the service was great from the very first moment, very attentive and mindful of everything. Recommended if you are going to spend a few days in Fisterra.

Some places provide a bed for the night. Others quietly become a home for the heart. Hotel Áncora in Fisterra is one of those rare places. Run by three generations of the same family, it has something that no luxury hotel can buy or manufacture: genuine warmth, kindness and a feeling that every guest truly matters. In many ways, they do hospitality better than many grand five-star hotels. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the breakfasts are fresh and generous, and there is an unmistakable atmosphere of calm and happiness that seems to linger in every corner. After a day of reflection or walking, returning here feels like coming home. As an unexpected bonus, I also had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful German author Manolo Link—my own modern-day Rumi—and his lovely partner, Jean Callanan. Conversations like these somehow belonged in a place like Hotel Áncora, where strangers are welcomed like old friends. Thank you for making my stay in Fisterra so memorable. I arrived as a guest and left feeling like I had been part of your family, if only for a little while.

Really bad experience. The hotel charged me twice and now they are just ignoring my messages and emails. I have provided all the screenshots and bank statements, but no reaction from their side. They are just scammers. The room was super small, no ventilation, really bad chemical smell. The breakfast was poor, the cup was dirty, they did not even wash the dishes properly.
