Hotel Langosteira

Good value for money. Well located, large room and bathroom, but the mattress, poor slatted base and pillow for a full double bed...preferable each one their own, it is uncomfortable for both of us...I have left with back pain after two days sleeping in that bed Very good breakfast

Basic hotel with basic but clean rooms. There is parking out the front for 2 cars. The woman on reception was friendly and had English. The reception is not 24hrs and you get a second key for the front door if you want to stay out late. There is no lift only stairs. The room had a flat screen TV. There were blankets in the wardrobe that we did use in mid September. In the morning we could hear the people moving around below us. There is free WiFi but eventhough it showed an excellent signal it was terrible and non existent in the morning. The bathroom had a bath and bidet. The shower was in the bath but the water gets on the floor which can be slippy. The shower is strong and hot which was great. There is a continental breakfast available in the morning which we did not get.

Poor but cheap hotel that I'd only recommend it to young pilgrims. The hall is actually simple but stylish, the rooms are ok but the bathrooms very disappointing with old style showers. With a little investments in bathrooms, it can easily improve.
