I share the opinion of many others; the hotel has one star (or two) too many. It has beautiful things, works of art, and lovely furniture in the lobby, the rooms are very large, and the cleanliness is acceptable. We stayed for 4 nights with breakfast (very weak) and dinner. So far, dinner has been very good, with good cuisine and quality products, but the best part of the dining room is the manager Ricardo, who advised us very well, is super friendly, and attentive to our tastes. We have loved enjoying good food and the exquisite treatment from Ricardo.

Unfortunately... Does not meet a 5-star plus rating. Both in terms of hospitality, service, reception after a hard camino trip, flexibility and responding to guests' wishes, as well as basic things like hygiene, appearance and a decent bed. Good breakfast.

Although the rooms are spacious and fully equipped, the service at this 5-star property is very disappointing. Check-in is not very welcoming and does not make you feel welcome. In addition, a real hotel bar is missing, which is surprising for a hotel in this category. If you want to have another drink in the evening, it must be ordered in the breakfast room. Unfortunately, the service also leaves something to be desired. There is little attention for the guests and the waiting times are long before someone takes or serves your order. The rooms are definitely a plus, but the mediocre service and lack of facilities you would expect from a 5-star hotel make the overall experience disappointing.
