The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it has a free shuttle from the airport. Apart from that this is a dreadful hotel. It's expensive, the rooms are terrible, the service apathetic, the not-included functional breakfast is sparse and the expensive three page dinner menu has nothing that appeals. They seem not to care about their transient Camino clientele, avoid if you can.

I come making the way from Sarria and it is the worst accommodation I have ever been. I don't recommend it. As shown in the pictures: Old and badly damaged furniture Broken and frayed bath towels A disgrace. Price does not correspond to quality

I was thinking of putting five stars on it, but the two pickups I made with them were not up to scratch. The hotel may seem expensive for a three star but including parking and Transfer is more than acceptable. As I say, the collection was very poorly managed, especially the second. The plane arrives on time, at 0:10. We do not have to pick up bags, so at 0:20 we are already in the terminal. I make up to three unanswered calls. NOBODY answers me. At 0:30, seeing that there is no one waiting at the bus stop and that they do not pick up my phone, I think about getting a taxi. This is where I see the hotel transfer, which does not stop at the pick-up point. I'm making a fourth call. Finally, a lady answers me, who tells me that the companion has already gone through the airport and I have to wait. Indeed, the boy returns, at 0:50!!! Waiting with my young son... We were among the first to leave the plane and the last to leave the airport. The Transfer boy gave pilgrim excuses, such as that he had picked up a couple with a girl (the Transfer has room for five plus the driver), that he had not stopped in Monbus because he saw an intercity bus and decided to stop behind, and not in front, so neither he nor we saw him. A total lack of purpose. Without an apology. Anyway. I guess someone had to touch the bad detail, and it was us. We should have left the airport at 12:30 at most and were lying around until almost one in the morning!
