HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS VITORIA

We stayed for a week in order to see the total eclipse, which we saw just outside the hotel. The reception staff were exceptional in all respects. So helpful. Given we were there for some time, they got to know us really well. Their English was very good. Some of our family joined us in the middle of the stay and Isabel ensured we had adjoining rooms. Wi-Fi is free and reliable. The breakfast was ok and there is a cafe / restaurant across the free car park. Again, we got to know them and they us over the course of the week. The food was rather short on vegetables but all very reasonably priced. The locals ate there too - usually a good recommendation. The room was good - it had air con and a bath - what could be better?!

Very good stay. The staff is friendly and speaks French very well. The parking lot is large and located in front of the hotel. There is a restaurant across from the hotel, but otherwise you can find some in the center of Vitoria, a 5-minute drive away. The room is comfortable and the bedding is impeccable. The breakfast buffet is perfect before getting back on the road. Ideally located a stone's throw from the highway (which you can't hear; it's very quiet).

Good reception. Room quite large, clean, and with a bathroom featuring brand-name products. Good sleep quality and a comfortable bed. Breakfast in a spacious environment, with a selection of sweet and savory options, could be improved in terms of product quality and care in protecting the food. Ample free parking. Restaurant in front of the hotel, which is convenient given the distance from the city.
