free parking in front of the hotel, lift, room clean, shower large, with balcony, good restaurant for tapas, village small but exciting with several restaurants, good stay for 2 nights and recommended as a stopover.....

This is a 2 star hotel that looks modern, but it's not so good. The most striking problem was the staff's attitude. Their demeanor was cold, and their response to inquiries was often blunt, if not outright rude. Additionally, the hotel's amenities left a lot to be desired. There is only one iron available for all guests, which can lead to inconvenient waits, and hair dryers are not provided in the rooms unless specifically requested. These small inconveniences can pile up and detract from the comfort and ease of a stay. The food situation was particularly disappointing. After arriving at 4 PM, we found that no meals would be served until the next day. Although there was a bar, the limited options were not sufficient, and the staff's reluctance to accommodate made for an uncomfortable situation. When they finally agreed to provide some food, it was done grudgingly. While La Jatorrena offers the basic necessities and a great location for wine lovers and travelers looking to explore Labastida, the lack of friendly service and the limited amenities might be a deterrent for those looking for a more comfortable and welcoming hotel experience.

Old, dirty, excessive wear on walls and furniture. It is not cozy or comfortable. Insufficient air conditioning, we slept at 26 degrees. Excessively soft mattress, typical thick, maroon and rough quilt with excess years and lack of cleaning. The best is the water temperature and its flow.
