The location is perfect, quickly accessible to the city and also quickly to the airport.
Unfortunately, it is very outdated; the price-performance ratio is not at all satisfactory. During our trip to Alicante, we had much nicer hotels for the same or even lower price. When the rooms were cleaned, it was okay, but there was always trash around the hotel, and the flower pots were full of cigarettes and were never emptied. The hallways smelled bad due to the very worn carpet. The staff was okay but not very motivated. We had a dripping air conditioning unit in the room, which we reported, but we did not feel taken seriously. We have stayed in B&B hotels before and were always satisfied. For us, this is a disastrous hotel.
Nevertheless, something positive: free water and snacks were provided in the room.
Still, this hotel is not an option for us anymore, and we will pay more attention to B&B hotels in the future.
