Bonalba Alicante

I arrived on Sunday with a family of 6. Im still here and so disappointed. The hotel have an activity scheduled daily but there has been no activities at all and this is my 4th night here! Kids are so bored! We booked this hotel because of the activities but there has been zero. I would advise families to book elsewhere!

Overall, a very pleasant family stay, good service especially the attention provided by David during the dinner of the gastronomic/romantic night, he had an excellent rapport with the little one who is celiac. At the pool, the guys from the snack bar were super nice. I can only speak about the romantic dinner, which was great and very complete. Breakfast is a basic but acceptable buffet. The rooms are acceptable, but it is true that the hotel in general needs an update. In conclusion, a highly recommended vacation hotel, very quiet and family-oriented, mostly with national clients. I also want to highlight the cafeteria staff, Juan, a super nice guy; when you have good staff, the hotel levels up.
