It is a hotel, within its segment, quite fair and lacking professionalism with its collaborators, Our experience: out of five nights, three of them without soap, shampoo, toilet paper, or even towels service, and when you call to report the incident, a person with little professionalism and manners answers you, and they hang up the phone on you, not once but twice; for our part, thanks. But it is a shame because it is a hotel with quite a lot of potential. We have tried to be constructive and objective. Thank you very much. Best regards.

Horrible buffet with only four items... Very noisy... and the bathroom drains smell of urine and feces in all the rooms; it is nauseating... I wouldn't return even for free...

Parking of 10 spaces for a hotel of about 100 rooms and open. You pay for parking before you enter and if you take the car and when you return you no longer have any free space, they wash their hands but you have already paid them. Front desk and buffet staff unfriendly and some buffet, also rude. Midget dining room and very fair variety of food. There's no soft drinks, just water and alcohol. We're not coming back.
