Hotel on Poniente Beach in Benidorm. Quiet and comfortable. I do not recommend it for children; they will get bored. Entertainment until 12 p.m. The pool is very small. The cleanliness is rated very high. The food, buffet-style, is varied and abundant. Overall, very well. Negative: I should take care of some details; I will send a photo of the bathroom.

My opinion of this hotel is very good, considering the reception, which is very pleasant and willing to explain things to us; the cleaning ladies are "miraculous"; thank you for not making us wait too long for the rooms; the hotel café is perfect for having something to drink, and of course, enjoying the coolness of the water from the pool below; in the dining room, it is impossible not to eat something from everything they offer us; there is even a salad and appetizer island, then there is the hot food area; I wouldn't have so much to choose from even at home, and lastly, and perhaps for many like me, the island where the desserts are located 🍨 🎂 🍰 🍊.... The waiters are always smiling, doing their job perfectly. Without a doubt, we will return to Carlos 1 for its service, cleanliness, and good food, but also for the tranquility of the rooms and the performances they have every night. It deserves one less star; the dining room is very small, the food is of low quality, and the room... the shower barely had water pressure. Many things need improvement. The staff was friendly.
