The apartments are dirty ,we had been moved as the first had a bed settee that someone had used as a toilet. The 2nd we cleaned ourselves as we had wasted one of our holiday days waiting to move. Air con in second had to be sorted however,management were excellent trying to fix problems so hats off to them friendly lovely team. The problems here I think are ineffective cleaners . The apartments are not family friendly as too many drunk numptys banging on doors and screaming,throwing glass in pool which is a total shame for the place and lifts not working at some points. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it ,, but I would stay at the sister hotel which is probably more closely run by its fantastic team , who were more helpful than jet2 staff

Dishonest hotel, theft of deposit, threats, don't get scammed.

The apartment itself was much better than I imagined. We had a two bed on the 18th floor. It was a really good size and I hadn’t realised that there would be two bathrooms. One with a shower and one with a shower over the bath. The biggest bathroom was very good with a large vanity, big mirror, hairdryer, loads of towels and a spare loo roll. The double bedroom was a really good size with a big wardrobe and drawers but only 5 hangers. Doors onto the balcony from the bedroom and the living area. Balcony was huge with a big table and 6 chairs and views were lovely. Kitchen had a fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven and hob and there was a separate utility room with a washing machine, clothes airer etc. So I thought the apartment was good and we never had a problem getting a lift. However the block itself is very noisy with lots of groups of young people, music and shouting. The pool is not very big, nowhere to sit, but the one at the hotel next door is brilliant. Big pool, warm water, loads of sun loungers. There’s a pool bar that does really nice food, there’s a lifeguard, a security guard, a cleaner. Night and day from the pool at the apartments! The hill is an issue. We’re not wimps but in the heat and carrying stuff back from the beach it was a hard slog!!!! The shuttle bus is handy but it does have a couple of hours break for siesta! By main complaint was the workmen who started at 8am each day and descended the outside of the building and were working on the facade outside our bedroom and bathroom. Loud banging on the wall, singing and shouting. This carried on for at least a couple of hours and they could look directly into our bathroom! I would stay here again if I took some earplugs and just used taxis instead of walking up and down the hill! I really liked the hotel facilities and I could put up with walking there from next door. The apartments have a lot of very steep stairs to get in so would make it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Our deposit was back on our credit card by the time we landed back in the UK. We used carrier bags as bin bags so that we could easily clear out our rubbish.
