Definitely not **** hotel. Start with the positive. Really easy check in and check out. Staff on reception welcoming and polite. The lobby and reception area clean and tidy. Good location with good variety of bars and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately that's the end of the positives for us. Room was pretty grotty. The bathroom floor was dirty as was the main room and the balcony was filthy. The glass on the balcony didn't look like it had been cleaned for months. We were half board but couldn't face eating in the restaurant on a night as it was too cramped and too hot at breakfast so decided to eat out so can't comment on the food for evening meal. Breakfast was okay all the usual available which what I had was fine. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Fridge in the room. Air-con wasn't the best and very noisy but it was nearly 30 degrees during the night so had to make do.

Stayed for 2 weeks,food for lunch and dinner was lovely, breakfast wasn't great ,room size was fine for basic room,sheets always changed,but Floors never cleaned and receipts left under bed from previous guests, pool doesn't open until 10 which is quite late ,not enough umbrellas around pool area,snack bar staff are so nice and friendly, wouldn't return

All the staff friendly, Hasmik and Manolo at reception incredible, everything phenomenal
