We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionist was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained. The only minor downside was the elevator, which made some unsettling noises and could definitely use some attention. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in room 904 for 10 days, it was clean, linen change every 3 days. Lovely big balcony on all rooms, aircon was good, could have done with a shelf in the shower and bathroom as there was nowhere to put toiletries. Didn’t struggle for sunbeds but pool is quite narrow and has no rail to grab around the edge. It’s quite steep too. The bar was great, run by Leanne who was helpful with suggestions when I couldn’t decide what to have! All the bar staff were friendly and the prices not too steep. There’s a large screen showing whatever sport people want to see. It could be quite noisy at night at times but with the balcony doors closed and the aircon on, it was fine. The supermarket was just a couple of minutes away, big, clean and airy and not expensive. The location was good but up a hill, if reasonably fit it’s no problem but a bit much in 30 odd degrees! A few different nationalities but mostly English. Overall it was very good, I would definitely stay there again if only to catch up with Leanne!!

Excellent central location within easy walking distance of old town, beach and the strip. Clean apartments and complex with friendly staff. Pool was perfect temperature and easy to get sunloungers any time of the day, though that might be different in school holidays time. Food at the pool was limited choice but was very tasty and cooked fresh. Great choice of drinks available at the pool bar with large TV screen so able to watch sports like Wimbledon and the world cup. 4 adults shared the apartment and it was manageable but slightly tight on space as kept the sofa beds pulled out for the week. Sofa bed pulled into 2 separate single beds rather than folding down into a double bed. Facilities within the apartment were good and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was clean and spacious. 2 sets of doors onto the balcony, one from the bedroom and one from the living area, meant we didn't need to disturb everyone in the apartment if one of us wanted to access the balcony. Location was quite quiet in the evening without the noise of nearby bars etc keeping people up. Relaxed atmosphere throughout the apartments, with families with young children and groups of young adults mixing comfortably. Did give us an extra room key card when we asked for it. Good value for money, and food and drink on site were comfortably priced. Only possible negative was the lifts, 2 in the building and both were slightly small and ran slowly. If the cleaner was in a lift with their trolley no-one else could fit in with them. However we would definitely recommend here to friends and family and would happily return again.
