Helios

Stayed here for the second time. Its a fabulous hotel. Good location and rooms big and has everything you need (multiple plug points / bottles water / toiletries / large balcony / free safe ). The maids clean rooms until very late so perfect for late nights. Our air con broke and we needed extra toilet roll, this was sorted immediately. Stayed in the Marina hotel previously and the Helios is 100 times better. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Benidorm.

I went to Benidorm for the first time in April and stayed in the Helios apartments. My mam always stays here but it was my first time I highly recommend this hotel . First of all the staff were so polite and accommodating. The food was amazing with so much choice . The rooms were so clean and so was the pool area. Perfect location not right in the madness but close enough to walk. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again. Only issue was there was a group of 6 of us and when we moved the sun loungers around the pool it seemed to be an issue moving them not sure why they were strict with this . On my mams 60th the chef made a beautiful huge birthday cake for her and it was delicious and must of took alot of time to make . The staff were honestly so kind from the reception staff to cleaners to the kitchen staff and chef and waiting staff . Can't wait to go back already . 5 stars

Great hotel, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed in Premier room, plenty of space in room. Great view from balcony. Staff were great. Only ate in restaurant once which was just okay. Would definitely visit again, great location too
