We have been going to this hotel since 2021, family-friendly treatment, staff that makes you feel very comfortable, Miguel in the dining room is a machine, always attentive, without a bad gesture... before you need something he anticipates it, it seems like he has a radar, room cleaning is great, there is a lady whose name I don't remember right now, blonde and around sixty years old who is a whirlwind, hardworking, always a kind gesture, always attentive to you being comfortable, without a doubt it is my go-to hotel, luckily I can afford hotels with more stars but what I am looking for is what I find in this hotel, good food, good treatment, proximity to the beaches, for me it has everything, and Juan Pablo the manager... a 10, I will be there again soon...

The hotel and the food were good, the location was extraordinary, but the best part was the staff. We have stayed in many hotels, and none had service as good as in this hotel. From Elisa, Andrés, Maria, and Maria José, oh, I almost forgot Miguel Angel, they made us feel at home. I recommend it, we will definitely return. Thanks to everyone, and see you soon, a hug.
