Well placed, price correct. Admittedly I rented several times other apartments in the same residence, the A is very good, apart from the noise of the neighbors above. The D is quieter, but very dilapidated, the bathroom tiles fell 4 years ago but nothing was done, the owner refuses to do the work, I. Rented for 10 years in this building, the staff is very good, it can only suffer the consequences of the owner. Nevertheless I recommend other rentals in this agency of Fincas. Arena

Where do I start. The room, facilities or the staff. All three were absolutely appalling. Three of us stayed here and to say we could’ve had a better stay in a prison is just taking it lightly. First of all on the advertisement on booking.com, it says the facilities include a spa wifi and a swimming pool (with water in)yes, the pool had no water in. After being catfished and clickbaited we eventually took the sauna (lift) to our very outdated Soviet Union looking room. Inside the apartment there was a stack of tiles in the utility room that have previously fallen off of the wall on the balcony. As there was visible marks where tiles have been stuck on. The beds were stained with some sort of substance and the curtains smelled of cigarette smoke. I 100% WILL NOT be staying here again, I wouldn’t kennel my dog here. I don’t have a dog….

A clean and tidy flat that is situated in a local neighbourhood. Once you have stayed here it does grow on you, the pool facility is great and was nice and quite. The location takes you outside of the Benidorm hustle but is only a 10 min walk away. This is in a Spanish neighbour hood which is great, a good place to stay if you looking for a Benidorm holiday without mixing with the Egg chips and beer louts.
