Los Alamos

The parking lot has no access to the rooms; you have to go through the pool area with your suitcases. In the dining room there are few waiters and they are not very pleasant, there is a lack of food and they do not replenish it. The cleaning is scarce. It has too many stars. The nightly performances are pathetic, Anyway, I wouldn't go back even if it were free.

Stayed in July, it was a lovely hotel. Very clean, both inside the rooms and in the public areas. Breakfast was beautiful, they do such nice coffee!! Not a bad thing to say about it. Staff were helpful and happy to answer any questions. Will definitely be returning!!

The hotel is very good overall. The facilities are very clean and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is the elevator, due to its dimensions, the heat inside, and the waiting time. Other than that, everything is great, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the quality of the food is very good and varied, and best of all, the location of the hotel, just a few meters from the beach and close to entertainment and walking areas.
