I have been here for about 30 hours now. Unfortunately, I booked a three-night stay, but I feel I already have enough grounds to provide a comprehensive review of the place. Price: I paid €1,600 for three days—half a month's salary for most of us. I’m glad I didn’t spend more, and I would advise others to spend their money on something else. Communication: Some of the staff genuinely try to be helpful with the resources they have, but many fall short. Today, I had to visit three different places just to get the pool towels I had paid a €60 deposit for. I eventually got them, but not without the staff member making it clear to me that it wasn't really his job. When we were looking for the kids' club for our daughters, aged 2 and 4, it took us at least 20 minutes and we had to speak to three different staff members before we found it. Incidentally, the playroom is only about 7 square meters, and the creative activities on offer consist of coloring pre-printed sheets and playing a ring-toss game. Cleanliness: The pool area is a disaster. There is food and trash everywhere, and the pool water is so murky you can't see your own legs. All the door handles are sticky, and the floors in all the restrooms are wet. I got an earful when I walked into the poolside restaurant to get food without wearing sandals. Well, let me tell you—that is the least of your problems! Food: The food is terrible. All the meat, fish, and vegetables are overcooked and tastes nothing. The baked goods are either soggy or dry. Today, we ordered pizza delivery. I don't understand "pizza delivery" to mean anything else. When it didn't show up, I went to the reception to ask where it was, only to be told I had to pick it up myself. (?!) The pizza tasted awful, by the way. I would have preferred a frozen pizza from the supermarket. When you pay so much, you might expect a sense of "that little something extra"—not necessarily luxury, but a level of convenience beyond the everyday norm. You don't get that here; if anything, it’s quite the opposite. I want to devote a brief section to those interminable plastic cups—the ones you have to pay a deposit for. Paying the deposit gets you a plastic token that you can exchange for a cup. You have to guard these like a hawk to avoid constantly having to buy new ones at €2 apiece. Those dreadful pre-mixed drinks certainly don't taste any better in these cups. And if you don't have a cup, you can't get water, either. I used the gym (which, like every other area of the hotel, was terribly cramped); it was equipped with a water dispenser, but since I hadn't brought my own bottle, I had to interrupt my workout and go down to reception, where I was grudgingly allowed to borrow a glass. Interior: The interior is dated. The rooms are cramped, and it looks like nothing more than the bare minimum has been done since the building was constructed. All in all, I would advise everyone against spending their money on this dump! I regret it! I want to go home!

My wife, my 2 children and I went, and the truth is that it was interesting! There are activities for everyone, and then group ones. The pool is very good and the dining as well, although with little variety of dishes. The best part is the entertainers, they dedicate themselves body and soul to their work! The shows were super cool and touching reptiles is something unique. We will definitely repeat!

Great hotel, great restaurants. Many tourists from England, many children families. Close to beach, about 400 meters. Located up, from the beach you have to go up. Quiet area, quiet at night.
