Great location in the old town. The staff at reception were first class and helped us check in and were very helpful especially the lovely English woman but all the staff were helpful and friendly. It is basic but the hotel was spotless and the refuel pub downstairs is great for food and the yellow submarine pub.the hotel had everything we needed and would highly recommend

Just returned from a lovely stay We were on the 8th floor. Room was v clean and roomy and the large balcony was a sun trap. Staff were very friendly and accomodating . We will stay again.

Had an amazing stay here. Everyone on reception was very friendly. Tony was great made us feel welcome upon arrival, when we asked for a room swap he done everything to make it happen. The hotel was clean and tidy the whole time. Bit disappointed the bar has shut but with the many bars along the way you were spoilt for choice. The amazing thing if your lucky to get a room on the front then you can get a view of the beach which is a stones throw away.
