Hotel in a perfect location 1 minute from the beach and 24/7 reception, superficial cleaning, but no one spoke English and it was difficult to understand each other😅

I had a very bad experience with a receptionist who didn't even say her name. I booked 4 days online, 3 from August 4th to the 7th, and then I paid for one more night. Checkout was Sunday at 12:00, and they kicked us out this morning, the 8th. I asked for one more day, but one more night, and they asked us to vacate the room without having completed the stipulated day we had reserved, and without giving us an option or looking for a solution, they threw us out onto the street, with nowhere to go, and sent a man to make us vacate, and they opened our room while we were inside, as if to intimidate us, terrible service. I do not recommend it. We have been humiliated, I am going to file a complaint.

Excellent location and room was clean, modern and comfortable. Great view across the Promenade and port. Right on the doorstep of the Old Town. Sadly, the guy above us enjoyed using loud, foul language whilst swilling down cheap lager on his balcony but hey, that's Brits in Benidorm for you. If you want the fun of the Benidorm Strip and €2 lager, this probably isn't the place to stay. However, for a relaxing trip, great value for money, great views, polite staff, then don't hesitate to book. Great cafe bars on the doorstep for breakfast and drinks.
