Playamar Apartments

Went with easyjet holidays unfortunately they do not drop you off near the apartments and the instructions were very vague. At the airport they said it was about a 5 min walk well its a lot longer then that my partner who has problems walking found it really hard and having lug very heavy luggage in 32 degree heat is no joke my partner almost collapsed when we arrived at the apartments. The nice guy on reception told us that everyone complans about the drop off point and cant see why easyjet cannot arrange for transfers to be outside or nearer the playamar apparently jet 2 drop off outside the coconut Bar which is just along side the playamar.As for the appointment its self it was very clean and quite modern we was on the 11th floor. Overlooking the car park and other building could see the ocean a bit. Pool area very nice . Staff were pleasant and helpful. You have to pay extra for aircon 70 euros which is only in the lounge area nothing in bedroom I do think that the playamar should think about having aircon in the bedrooms as it was very uncomfortable at night do ended up sleeping om the side bed in the lounge were the air-conditioning is. Having said that we enjoyed our stay at the playmar. Would we stay again only if the transfers with easyjet were changed shame really.

Myself and my family had a fantastic stay at the playamar apartments, first of all credit to isabella part of the reception team she is so lovely, welcoming, had a smile on her face always, very knowledgeable and helpful during our stay. credit to your team. We were staying on 14th floor view was brilliant and balcony nice and roomy with table chairs and clothes airer, not to mention that sea breeze. 1 bed apartment was plenty of room for 3 people. Seating area with English tv however we didn't really bother with that. To busy out exploring, large walk in shower which always had hot water anytime of the day. Hairdryer in bathroom aswell, Bedroom has decent storage space.. only bad point from the bedroom was that it was boiling hot could maybe hire a fan or get a better aircon system in place that is my only negative the air con which was reasonably priced didn't work that well. Sitting area never felt cold . Kitchen had all amenities fridge which was spotless, all cooking essentials good storage and cleaning supplies. Nice little bar very cheap, pool area just right size small children's pool and larger adult pool plus 2 lovely shaded areas all very well maintained. Apartments and surroundings were absolutely spotless, felt safe all staff were lovely. Will definitely be back in the future. Ps if u like the outdoor market you are literally 2 mins walk away.

Just back from a 10nights stay in the playamar apartments it's our second visit and it won't be our last fabulous apartment spotlessly clean and modern comfy beds huge walk in shower and a huge balcony friendly staff pool area not huge but that's it's attraction you get talking to the people there a lovely shady area down one side with tables and chairs ideal for getting out of the sun for a cool drink these are now going to be our place to go and we go to benidorm twice a year if i had one complaint is that the air con doesn't filter through to the bedroom which is a shame as the night temperature and humidity was awful some nights would be ideal if this could be addressed in the near future
