Having stayed here many times before I knew the hotel would not disappoint us,and it didn’t. All the staff are so friendly from the restaurant staff to the cleaners we couldn’t fault anyone,especially Isabella and Roberto on reception who were both brilliant.We had a lovely room it was very clean,beds comfortable and the added bonus of a ceiling fan as well of air conditioning was great.One other thing that’s changed since we last visited is the room key we love it now you haven’t got to carry a card with you all the time.We enjoyed our stay here so much we have booked to stay there again in September.

Great Hotel, excellent staff from reception to dining area, bar Staff and domestics make this a top class Holiday. RH Royal our go to Hotel in Benidorm. See you all in September. One request, move pool area from 09.30 back to 09.00 por favor ;-)
