Rosamar Hotel

Rooms - spacious clean and comfortable beds. We stayed in a family room with small kitchen had kettle, microwave and fridge. Had a double bed in there and a pull out bed sofa, and a small table with two chairs. Very nice. Food - not bad, could find something to eat although majority same food but you won’t go hungry, food isn’t bad at all. Can always find something. We had a late flight, left around 2am in the morning, if you ask the night before they provide you with a little snack bag to leave with. Drink crisps sandwich and fruit. We got these for ourselves and the kids. Big pool - lovely could be abit bigger but wasn’t a problem to us was nice, plenty of sun beds, gets plenty of sun around there. There is a bar next to the pool. Entertainment - was okay, but maybe this was because we went in September. Could be better but didn’t spoil our holiday at all. Splash pool for kids - kept our kids entertained nice little addition to the hotel, was kept cleaned. Plenty of sunbeds and tables to have food next to the splash pool. The snack bar is located near to this pool which is handy, and plenty of seating areas again. We had an amazing time, and we are returning again next month we cannot wait!

Overall a great experience, kids entertainment was top notch(Special thank to (Maria and Patricia ). Location is great with many amenities around, few minutes to the beach front. Great facility and value for a family holiday.

My experience at this hotel has been, without a doubt, the worst I have ever had, especially considering the stars it has. The first day, after one of the rooms was cleaned, we found the entire floor soaked. It took more than an hour to dry, and furthermore, they left the door open. I reported it at the front desk, but at no time did they notify us that the room was already clean. The second day, I found an insect and black stains on the bed. I reported it immediately at the front desk and provided photos and video. I also explained that my companion had bites and that we were going to go to the hospital. I also informed the cleaner, who did not seem to be aware of what had happened and removed the bed sheets. A while later, another worker came and indicated to me that they were going to clean the room and that the supervisor would come to speak with me and review what had happened. However, no one came to speak with me or to review the room, given that the beds remained in the same state the cleaner left them. On the last day, I asked for the complaint form and requested to speak with the manager. During the conversation, the manager went so far as to accuse me of having put the insect in the bed and having moved the sheets. She also told me that they had checked the beds and the sheets they had removed and that they had not found anything. I showed her the photographs and the video again, but she continued saying that the insect was not on the sheets. I even offered to present the medical report, and she replied that it was not necessary. She also claimed that we had not notified them that we had gone to the hospital. Apart from this: The food was very repetitive. There were no yogurts for the children. We found dishes with food scraps. Some towels had stains that looked like blood. When booking the all-inclusive plan, many things were not included and had to be paid for separately. We saw cockroaches both in the pool area and in the dining room. There was no proper first aid kit to disinfect a bee sting. The pool was so dirty that you could not see the bottom well. After this whole experience, I consider that the service and the conditions of the hotel are not up to the standard of the category it has. The negative comments I had read before going did not seem exaggerated to me; after living through this experience, I can say that, unfortunately, I agree with all of those criticisms.
