Servigroup Nereo Hotel

Just spent an enjoyable week at the Nereo. Very clean, in fact, spotless! The cleaners were very friendly and efficient, as were all the staff, with a special mention to the maintenance man(unfortunately didn't get his name) who was determined to fix our tv, which he did successfully! Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. The porridge, often overlooked, was outstanding - the best we've had in any hotel or cruise ship! Lots of comfortable seating in the large reception area, nice pool area with a pleasant bar area with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Good location , just off the main strip, so not noisy, which helped with sleeping in the comfy beds. We would definitely stay here again

3rd stay here. We obviously like it. This time though we were on a different side of the hotel you can literally hear every noise from corridors and adjacent rooms. 💯 We could hear things ya dont wanna hear 🙉 The seal on balcony doors obvs are not good as we were smoked out in our rooms with cigarettes from other guests.I would of liked a kettle for a cuppa. ☕ Perhaps the lead on the hairdryer could be longer so you dont have to be a contortionist 🤣. As always its spotless... House keeping are on the ball. Staff lovely and still one of the nicest breakfasts we have had in Beni. Great location. Lovely pool and attentive bar team. Entertainment not really our thing and never seems particularly busy... But we are in Beni so not surprised. We would stay again but see if we can have a pool view like previous stays

Lovely Clean Friendly Hotel, Quality English Breakfast. Polite staff, Located other end of Old town. Ideal just to stroll on to the main road with all the Bars, Indoor market just across the road, and some nice Bars. Will Definetly stay again.
