Torre Gerona

We stayed here and it was absolutely amazing…despite the power outage which lasted 12 hours…apartment a little dated furniture wise, but literally right in the heart of the strip…everything was on the door step. Amazing amazing lovely and hot to.

Had to leave a review after the ones below nearly put me off completely. By the time I arrived to collect the keys (the location of which had been sent to me multiple times - very good comms!) I was worried about the apartment after the recent reviews, however it was fully explained about the door needing to be locked manually. Lady at the desk was very helpful, friendly and professional. This did not seem like a "dodgy company" as others has claimed. When I got there it was a lock on the gate and a double bolt on the door, never saw anyone hanging around the area or in the building who didn't look like they belonged. The stay was most enjoyable overall. There were multiple wall sockets, non of which were hanging out or damaged, everywhere was clean. Kitchen was well stocked except perhaps a toaster would be useful. Had to pay extra for wifi, however it was a strong signal throughout. It's in a great location for the New town. I would consider staying there again if I wanted to be in that part of Benidorm.

Anyone looking at these apartments needs to know, someone has keys for room 7C. Not only front door keys but a key for the safe too. My friends arrived 30 /12/24 On 31/12/24 they left apartment for an hr, in which time someone had let themselves in, emptied the safe, locked the safe so it wasn't known until they went back in safe before going out that night. I asked man from key office next to Aquarium lll how it was possible and said more people will be robbed as someone has a set of keys, he didn't think it possible. I said door locks and safe locks need changing, but I doubt that will happen.
