The apartment was lovely,clean,cakes and water in room on arrival,also staff came with watermelon,only 2 problems it's up a hill which was killing so was having taxi back up,the biggest problem we had we couldn't go enjoy the pool because no sunbed 2 relaxed we would come back if we had sunbeds

Horrendous- avoid at all costs. Took us over an hour to try and get the keys, the manager was not helpful at all. In the end another group staying had to help us. Parking is a nightmare with cars coming up and down the road and nowhere for you to pull over to let them through. When we got into the apartment we were met with dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor, no wifi, a broken TV and loud music throughout the hallways. The shower isn’t hot, and it is tiny. They advertise it for 2 bedrooms, however one of the rooms is the old balcony that has windows showing into the living room and the other bedroom! The windows are filthy, so even with the great view you can barely see out of it. The springs in the beds are popping through- so good luck trying to get a decent nights sleep. And to top it off, we received an email 2 weeks later asking for an extra money due to ‘damage’- we were barely in the apartment due to the disgusting state of it?! Avoid at all costs, worst place I have ever stayed in.

This is the worst holiday I have experienced in my life. Booked for 3 weeks but had to cut short due to the apartment above. Fighting till 3/4 in the morning every night. Complained to Benidorm bookings.com and they did nothing. They are the worst company I have dealt with. The apartment above was been evicted by the owners but with no success. To cap it off they rented next door for one night and they partied till 6am.
