Playas De Guardamar

The elevator flow is terrible, people are always waiting, and the stairs are packed with people tired of waiting for the elevators. The air conditioning in the common areas is terrible; you would leave the room and it was brutally hot, and it was horrible in the elevator. The cleanliness of the pool (completely full of sand), the maintenance of the rooms (rusty faucets, the shower head didn't work, the shower screen closed poorly...), the hotel entertainment was quite mediocre... (I couldn't tell what they were doing or when they were doing it...) everything could be significantly improved.

Oppressive heat in all the hotel's common areas. Lines for meals in suffocating heat, people getting dizzy and angry. Slow elevators and not a fan or anything. The dining room staff with a bad attitude in general, especially the guy at the grill. A nightmare, I don't think I will go again

While the beach front and sea views from the room are amazing and the hotel clean with a good nights sleep. Do not go to this hotel if you are English!! A 45 minute walk down the beach is the only way to be accepted and not frowned upon by the people and staff! Other than Jamie on the front desk we did NOT feel welcome at this hotel and spent all our time out of it. The food was limited and although we were half board we ate only once at breakfast in 3 days.
