La Rotonda Aparthotel

DO NOT RENT THIS TRASH. They say it is pet-friendly but in reality it is not. First and foremost, our plan is to be with our dog as much as possible, but we all know that not all establishments accept pets so it is possible that we may need to go out at some point without her. When we arrived we found a tiny room, with barely any storage or kitchenware and above all no privacy (the only window there is faces the pool lounge chair area, EVERYTHING can be seen from outside so, either you have privacy or sunlight). We immediately called the person who manages it and their response was that we can leave the dog on a common terrace, in the sun and with a bowl of water, not without first criticizing how we take care of the dog. They have not given us any solution and the response from the accommodation has been nonexistent. Paper-thin walls, you cannot rest or be at peace, there is no parking in the area. The only thing is the cleaning staff, who are very friendly. DO NOT RENT THIS TRASH.

Just back from another week at La Rotonda, been coming for almost 20 years. The apartments are clean, well furnished with most facilities you need . The location is perfect if you're after fun and frolics, I suspect it would be a bit noisy for a young family. There's at least 50 bars, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and other stuff within 400 yards, and it's just a short walk to the beach. Our only downside this year was the beds which seemed a bit worn, but everything is clean and perfectly adequate for a bargain rate. Cheers Lawrence
