Stayed here for two nights excellent staff clean and tidy close to the shops and beach . Secure doors great for solo traveling

Poorly insulated rooms. A hotel that is in an area with a lot of nightlife should have good soundproofing. We did not sleep a wink all night. It is not a pet-friendly hotel; they charge 20 euros and do not provide anything, not even a food bowl, water bowl, or bed for pets; the only thing they give you is a paper with the restrictions or prohibitions, so that you do not forget a single one.

Location is great. Rooms are ok. However I was asked to pay a refundable deposit of 200 euros, and was told this would be refunded within a few days of checking out. I checked out 29th August and as of today (15 September) I have not received the refund. I was staying elsewhere in Benidorm so I went back to the hotel twice to query this but I was just fobbed off, they blamed the bank etc. I explained that I had called the bank and as the payment wasn’t pending, they could not refund me, and told me to go back to the hotel with my credit card to get a refund, but they refused. I have now had to raise a dispute claim through the credit card to reclaim it. **** do not pay your breakage deposit by card, use cash*** Absolutely disgusting.
