Jessica Beach

Many cockroaches. Everything in very bad condition. We have spent the May long weekend there for 18 years renting 4 apartments or more as a whole family. But for approximately three years, with the change of manager, everything has been a shame. Also, the staff is not pleasant at all. This year the prices have increased although they are worse than ever because they are old and dirty. The only good thing, the location and the views, but this is not a credit to the management. I don't recommend them. We will not return. They have lost some good clients. A shame.

If I had read the reviews of these apartments before making the reservation, it is clear that we would not have gone, since exactly the same thing happened to us. We found extreme dirt throughout the house, especially in the bathrooms (a shame we didn't take a photo of the inside of the toilet), old and sticky furniture, cockroach traps all over the house, useless, since there were cockroaches everywhere. everywhere and that were renewed until the last day. I think that an apartment in such poor condition should not be rented, and not justified with an upcoming renovation that apparently is not coming. In short, an unforgettable week never to be repeated again. By the way, something incredible that I can't let go of, is that on top of that they ask you for a 100 euro deposit in case there is any damage, a joke.

Please do not even try to book anything to do with this hotel group. I had booked to stay at Jessica beach(not through trip advisor) unfortunately I had 2 cancellations of my flights with Ryanair so we were going to arrive 2 days late, we asked if we could extend our stay only to be told that we were never going to be staying at the Jessica beach apartments as they had double booked and they had put us into Palmera beach hotel, which I refused as it is only 2* at the most. We only found out as we were entering East Midlands airport to start our holiday. We had my in laws who are 87 & 82 years old and partially disabled which is why we had paid an extortionate price for a place virtually on the beach for them. We arrived basically with no where to stay and if it wasn't for very good friends who managed to find us somewhere I don't know what we would have done. Please do not book you will be totally let down and this apparently, from the ex pats who live here, happens all the time.
