Arrived late evening and was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who directed us to our room . The next day we realised the air con wasn't working properly we spoke to Eva the manager she came to our room agreed it wasn't working. The next day Eva relocated us to another room where air con was working . Eva and Mar were amazing couldn't do any more for us Eva gave us eclipse glasses for the eclipse. A massive thank you to Eva and Mar and a special mention to the reception staff and the bar staff and not forgetting the cleaners Well done to you all !! We will try and come back in the future. All food is and drinks very nice and reasonable priced. Location 2 bus stops out 1 for Torrevieja and the other 1 La Mata

Stayed for the weekend, and although a little dated, hotel was very clean and friendly. Mar and Eva were exceptionally helpful and were a real credit to the hotel.

Called in for a family of 10 vending meal. Had the €19 3 course option. Food and service excellent. Great value and amazing views.
