Highly Disrecommended—Avoid at All Costs
We booked and prepaid for two apartments in this building through the agency that manages the building, Calpe-Rent Apartments, planning a long-anticipated family reunion with relatives traveling from different states and even continents. This was supposed to be a well-organized event, planned months in advance. However, upon our arrival, we were shocked to discover that one of our reserved apartments had been sold to someone else, leaving us without a place to stay.
What made the situation even worse was the agency's complete lack of concern. Despite having minor children with us, they offered no apology, no solution, and seemed disturbingly familiar and comfortable with this type of scenario. Their behavior was not just unprofessional; it felt deceitful. We strongly advise against using that agency—they cannot be trusted.
