Aparthotel Vistamar

Very nice. Spectacular views, good service. Spacious apartment. But if you have any back problems like in my case. The bed is hard and I came, straight to physio. Too bad they don't have good mattresses and pillows.

We love this Aparthotel and return time after time. It's fabulous value for money and has views like you wouldn't believe. All the staff are absolutely lovely and so welcoming and helpful and they all seem to like each other which makes the atmosphere very friendly. We cannot find anything bad to say about it. While not everything is perfect...it is excellent at the price point. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, everything we needed was here. Enjoyed the balcony at the back of the hotel, peacefully looking towards the sea. Between my basic Spanish and their basic English, communication with the hotel staff was fine. Daily housekeeping if you want it. There is a cafe and small shop on site. No problems parking on the street. San Jose itself is a lovely pueblo with great beaches, interesting shops and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We also walked from the hotel around the cliff path to Playa de los Genoveses - where it feels like the world is a million miles away (you can also drive there for 5 euro parking fee).
