We love this hotel, the entertainment is very good and the entertainers are a delight, the food is good and tasty although they should put the allergens on the signs, the apartment is spacious.

It is absolutely ridiculous that you come to check in, which is clearly indicated on your website and in the confirmation email as starting from 2:00 PM, and it is 3:20 PM and you haven't even started cleaning the room yet. At reception, they tell me that check-in is "from two"... so I understand that it can be from two in the afternoon until eternity. I find it very unprofessional. Another excuse is that the rooms are very large and it takes time to clean them, and another is that the hotel is full... none of those things are my problem, and I should not be wasting my vacation time with my small child wandering around here without a room.

There were 10 of us in 4 rooms with children and adults, the rooms and the hotel were all very clean, the staff was very pleasant and the guys and girls from the entertainment team were incredible, there was a great and fun atmosphere thanks to them, they put a mat in the water and we all collaborated with them, foam party, dances, games and lots of entertainment and super pleasant. The food was good and tasty; if I have to find any fault, it is that perhaps for my taste there was a lack of a little variety, but everything was great. Without a doubt we will repeat, thanks for everything.
