We stayed here with another family and it did not disappoint any of us. The staff were all very helpful and thw entertainment staff were great. The rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel always looked clean. The pools were great with different slides for thw younger and older children, even thw adults couldn't resist. The food had a great variety which catered for us all not to mention the snack bar to fill in any gaps! On our last day we had a massage by Kai from Ver El Silencio which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend her as a massuse very informative and wa perfect way to end our holiday.

We are currently staying at this hotel and what can I say....our stay is being quite good, it is not our first year vacationing here....but this year I have to highlight one person in particular.... Alex "lifeguard" of the facilities, an exceptional guy, attentive, polite and very professional!!! I hope they are rewarded for the great work they perform and the great effort they put into this job.

We're currently on our last day so thought I'd give a review. Before arriving I read the previous reviews and looked for tips etc however, I wish I hadn't as they were really off putting and made me anxious prior to arrival.
Please ignore those as this place is FANTASTIC!!
Hotel is spotless with everything you need for a great holiday. The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. They're always cleaning around the pool, windows, floors etc.
Rooms are modern and spacious with plenty of storage space. Bathroom is large with a walk in shower. Great air con, TV with English channels, safe, phone, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, soap, shampoo and fridge. Good size balcony to.
The restaurant is fab, with a fantastic range of foods. Spoilt for choice and always ended up having two or three trips to refill my plate! They've cooking stations as well for meats or omelette/pancakes at breakfast. So many reviews saying the food was poor, but this is one of the best I've had...and I've had many hotel buffets! We travelled with 4 adults and 3 children and we all ate well. We never queued for the restaurant once! Staff are very attentive and will clear tables quickly.
The snack bar also does so many options including burgers, hotdogs, nuggets, donuts, salads and fruit salads. Which is great when you don't want fast food all the time.
The pool bar/bar have lots of choices of drinks including slushies and milkshakes. The icecream/lolly options that are included in the AI options are better than I've had elsewhere, including Cornettos and Magnums (non branded).
The pool area is great for all ages. Three splash areas depending on age, and the slides were a hit! Plenty of life guards around to, which was reassuring. We always got sunbeds even after 10am, there was no rushing or queuing. We usually came down around 8.45am to get ours before going in for breakfast. Never had a problem all week, and we are in the school holidays so I expected chaos! Such a relief to not have that!
There is a rear gate that leads to the beach. It's a lovely shingle beach which we preferred as we didnt get sand everywhere and we wasnt planning on building sandcastles! I'd recommend getting water shoes for it (like Hot Tunas). The beach stretches for miles and it's very quiet. Such a lovely area. Right by the hotel you can hire pedalos (€25) or paddle boards (€12) which was lots of fun. The sea is lovely and clear, great for snorkeling. We walked out the rear gate and turned right, its a straight path all the way up the beachfront to the marina. Takes about 20mins but highly recommended. If you want a taxi you can ask reception and they will arrange for you. It took less than 10mins to get to marina and costs around €6. The marina is beautiful, there's even a castle. Due to celebrating birthdays we ate out some nights at Luna Rosa and Restaurante Popeyes (not the fast food version). Both lovely restaurants with great views. We also booked the Anne Bonny pirate ship trip, that was fun!
There is a little shop onsite for souvenirs or opposite the hotel is a larger shop, selling clothes, bags and souvenirs etc. There is also a hair braider who is there from 5pm. If you go out the front of the hotel and walk left you'll find a small funfair for younger children. And just passed that you'll see the Grand Plaza. It's a huge shopping centre that has stores like H&M, Pandora, Primark, Toys R Us, including their own versions of Curry's, SportsDirect, Superdrug etc. They also have a food court with a McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Taco Bell, Starbucks to name a few! Around that area you'll also find a Lidl.
On Thursday there is a large outdoor market just up the road (turn left), highly recommend a visit. Its a fairly quiet area, not like your typical tourist spots that are lined with bars and restaurants trying to get you in. Which we quite liked.
The one downside is no park onsite (you’ll find some dotted along the beach), so if children got fed up of the pool there wasn't somewhere else for them to go. However there is a small arcade onsite plus pool tables and table tennis as well as a football pitch. At night time alot of children play football together which is nice. There is a Kids Club but ours didn't use it but they had lots going on and the staff seemed great.
As other reviews have stated, there are a lot of Spanish guests at the hotel. This didnt affect our holiday, why would it? We're in Spain, I expect to see Spanish people and be spoken to in Spanish! Staff speak English so there's no issues.
I can't fault the hotel, it way exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend this hotel and would return.
